OTR Filters Limited Warranty

OTR Filters (“the Company”) provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of OTR filter products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under regular use and maintenance for a period of [Specify Warranty Duration] from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

OTR Filters warrants that each product, when used and maintained as intended, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from OTR Filters or an authorized distributor and installed according to manufacturer guidelines.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation, handling, or maintenance of the filter
• Use of the filter in non-designated environments or with incompatible systems
• Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by the purchaser or unauthorized third Parties
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or other conditions not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

Claim Process

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact the point of purchase with proof of purchase and details of the defect.  The dealer will submit a claim to OTR Filters on behalf of the customer, including photos and the reason for the claim.  If the defect falls under a warranty claim, a replacement filter is provided to the original purchaser through the dealer.

Limitation of Liability

OTR Filters’ liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product. This warranty is exclusive and in place of any other warranties, express or implied.
